Previously: A graduate of ESSEC, Zakoian has developed a strong reputation as a brand manager and chief marketing officer. He made his first big mark developing the first e-commerce offering for Monoprix before leaving to join Veepee to oversee its New York City office. He then became CMO for Brainly, the Polish edtech startup which moved its HQ to New York. He was briefly chief revenue officer for Luxury Retreats which was acquired by Airbnb where he spent 2 years as Global Head of Growth Marketing and Sales. He then became the North American CEO and CMO for AI photography startup Meero. He moved back to France in 2021.
