🚀 Habinor was founded on March 3, 2025, by Neil Baudry, Arthur Merlino, and Guthlac Léorat. The company's mission: "The design, development, editing and operation of software, digital platforms and applications, including artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. Research and development in artificial intelligence and technological innovation, aimed at optimising, automating and improving processes in various sectors The creation and operation of applied artificial intelligence solutions, including data processing, machine learning and autonomous decision support systems. Acquisition, exploitation and exploitation of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, software and associated technologies." The trio are connected through their work at Liberty House Real Estate, which mananages luxury properties. Merlino's LinkedIn profile notes that his goals are: "To connect with a broader audience, I created Nomerca, a real estate agency focused on the general public, with a mission to understand the market’s needs and reimagine the sales process. But real estate and luxury are not my ultimate goals. They are stepping stones on a larger journey—opportunities to learn, experiment, and develop solutions with a global impact. My ambition? To become a key player in entrepreneurship, both in France and internationally, by creating companies that redefine industries and address the challenges of tomorrow."
